Payment terms:
Upon payment, you own your website content and files. The Veteran Trade Sites brand, logo, and platform remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or templates without written consent.
Website previews are built using publicly available information from your Google Business Profile, including business name, address, phone number, reviews, ratings, and photos. By requesting a preview, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business listed.
Veteran Trade Sites builds websites for contractors but does not perform, guarantee, or supervise any contracting work. Websites are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Veteran Trade Sites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Because a free preview is provided before payment, all sales are final. If there is a technical issue with your delivered website, we will fix it at no charge.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
