There is no subscription and nothing to cancel. After launch we host your site for free on our infrastructure partner (Cloudflare) at no ongoing cost to you. You own your website files and your domain, and we will transfer them to you on request at any time — so you are never locked in.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you confirm with us and for any content you ask us to add, and you confirm you have the right to use any logos, text, or images you provide. You own the delivered website files. The Veteran Trade Sites brand, logo, and underlying platform remain our intellectual property; you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or templates without written consent.
Website previews are built using publicly available information from your Google Business Profile, including business name, address, phone number, reviews, ratings, and photos. By requesting a preview, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized representative of the business listed. If you would like your preview site and associated data removed, contact us and we will honor the request.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. A website is a tool to present your business — it is not a guarantee of any specific result, including leads, search ranking, traffic, or revenue. We do not perform, guarantee, or supervise any contracting work; all businesses we build for are independently owned and operated. Hosting uptime and availability are provided through our infrastructure partner (Cloudflare) and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service beyond what they provide.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost business.
We rely on trusted third parties to deliver our services, including Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (hosting and content delivery). Your use of our services through these providers is also subject to their respective terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
